"The only thing they are good for is cashing a check. When it comes to helping you with a claim, they are less than useless. State Farm in general is one of the more expensive and useless insurance companies to go with. When you combine it with an agency that does nothing but take your money, it makes it infinitely worse. Save your time, save your money. Go with anyone else. I had a roof claim following a storm in March of 2024. They paid out $3300 for a $20,000 job. The adjuster would never respond. When I contacted this agent, they said they don't speak to the adjusters. It took me 6 months of fighting to get them to $3300. Initial quote was 33% lower, and that only covered a small fraction of the damage done!"

"Charged me three times the amount I normally pay, Without informing me before. Then told me that they would void it when I called back immediately. After that they said they would call me back to let me know how it was going. Then They texted me instead at the end of their shift so I couldn't call them. And tell me it would be 3 to 5 days. A week later I call them because I haven't seen anything change in my bank. And they tell me that they are pending a review. And they would be watching it. Then four days later I call again and I get told that I still had insurance and that when my refund comes through My insurance would stop and I would have to start a new plan. Which was fine with me. And they would call me back later to let me know about the money. Then again at the end of their shift they Text me. This time saying they canceled my policy.. And it will be 7 to ten business days before I get my refund. And now I have no insurance. When I did not approve them canceling my insurance. So I am over two weeks without an entire paycheck. Because they didn't inform me of the amount I was about to pay. And then they can't just send the money back to my card.They have to give me a run around for a weeks. All of this Is would be bad no matter what. But they also know I have a baby due any day. And this all happened right in the middle of thanksgiving. My family of 5 has to struggle through Thanksgiving Day.Because of their mistake. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. And uncalled for. Do not recommend."

"I've been with this company for about a year now. These people are scammers. It's nice to sit across from an agent & discuss home, auto, & life bundling until a nearly a year goes by & you experience damage to your home. I've reached out to my agent (Chris). He never answers his phone. When he FINALLY came out to inspect my home he pretty much tells me there's nothing that he could do about the rain pouring into my home. Then, my vehicle breaks down. I am forced to financing another. Before I left the car dealership I called State Farm & was given an estimate. A month later, I received a bill stating that my insurance will be $60 more than the original agreement. I have no accidents, or tickets. They went up $60 on my bill without even notifying me. I am slowly leaving State Farm. I've already ended my life insurance. I'll be ending my car insurance soon. Then, next, I'll be ending my homeowners insurance."

"I’m a new customer bundling home and auto insurance, but so far the service has been great. He even called me personally when he found out from my loan officer that there was certain coverage I didn’t want and made sure everything was how I wanted to it to be."
